Recognition highlights Grant’s industry impact and TransPak’s participation in one of packaging’s leading professional forums.
Phoenix, Ariz., April 9, 2026 —TransPak is excited to share that Grant Badstubner was awarded the first International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Educational Foundation Emerging Leaders Award.
Awarded yesterday, April 9, at the annual ISTA Forum USA in Phoenix, packaging professionals from around the country convened to help define the future of transportation packaging, testing, and innovation. The Emerging Leaders Award recognizes early-career professionals who aren’t just doing their jobs; they’re actively shaping the future of the packaging industry.
Grant is doing exactly that.
“I’ve been fortunate to work with Grant in two roles, and throughout that time, he’s shown a rare combination of curiosity, technical skill, and genuine problem-solving ability,” said Eric Joneson, Vice President of Field Data & Packaging Analytics at TransPak. “This award is well-deserved and speaks to the value he brings to our team and the industry as a whole.”
Hosted by the International Safe Transit Association, the ISTA Forum USA brings together packaging professionals from across the industry to advance best practices and performance in protective packaging and transport.
The TransPak team is proud to have Grant recognized among his industry peers and thankful to be part of the conversation driving the packaging industry forward.
