TransPak’s New India Team is Elevating Packaging Solutions

In today’s ever-changing packaging landscape, finding top talent is a constant challenge. As TransPak prepares to open a new facility in Pune, India, we have recognized the importance of tapping into the rich pool of domestic expertise as we build our team.

We are thrilled to announce four extremely talented new hires in our India facility:

At TransPak, we’ve discovered that hiring locally in all our global facilities not only brings in the right skills but also fosters a vibrant and cohesive work environment. Our team members shared cultural backgrounds and languages in Pune have already begun to spark new ideas and increase productivity. This cultural alignment is a key driver of our success in navigating the local market’s nuances.

TransPak is committed to the idea that investing in local talent has broader economic benefits. By investing in the regional workforce, TransPak is proud to contribute to the growth of the Indian economy while also hiring an incredible team to grow our new business in India.

“At TransPak, we understand the importance of having a team that not only possesses the right skills but also shares a deep understanding of the local market,” said Kiernan White, Vice President of Global Business Operations at TransPak. “Our new team in Pune brings a nuanced perspective and technical expertise that are essential for delivering high-quality packaging solutions.”

Given the paramount importance of engineers, particularly those specializing in packaging, to TransPak’s commitment to delivering high-quality packaging solutions, it is imperative to tap into a talent pool characterized by a robust technical foundation and a nuanced understanding of the local market.  We have found that India is home to many skilled packaging professionals thanks to its robust education system.
