TransPak Chairwoman Named #11 Among Fastest-Growing Women-Led Companies

Arlene Inch Award

Arlene Inch Helps Drive TransPak’s Global Growth and Empower the Next Generation of Women Leaders

San Jose, Calif., June 4, 2025 – Arlene Inch, Chairwoman of TransPak, Inc., has been named #11 on the Women Presidents Organization’s (WPO) prestigious 18th annual list recognizing the fastest-growing women-owned and women-led businesses, a national ranking sponsored by J.P. Morgan.

TransPak is a global leader in logistics and packaging, serving industries ranging from technology and aerospace, to medical, data centers, and defense. Under the leadership of Arlene Inch and her son, CEO Bert Inch, the company has grown from a modest, family-run operation into an international enterprise with 65 facilities in 15 countries, strategically located across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Founded in 1952 and acquired by Arlene and her husband in 1969, TransPak has remained proudly family-owned and headquartered in the United States. As Chairwoman, Arlene has been a driving force behind the company’s expansion and success, while also championing the advancement of women in the packaging and logistics sectors. A passionate advocate for women in STEM, she is committed to creating opportunities for the next generation of female leaders, shaping a more inclusive and forward-looking industry.

“Watching TransPak grow from a small family business into what it is today has been the joy of my life,” said Inch. “This recognition means a lot, but the real reward has always been the amazing team I’ve built it with.”

Arlene holds a degree from San Diego State University and is an active philanthropist. She currently serves on the boards of The American Film Institute, The Bay Area Tumor Institute, San Francisco Opera, and Bay Scholars, among others. Her leadership and philanthropic efforts were recently recognized with the 2024 Enterprising Women of the Year Award, honoring women who lead businesses generating over $100 million in annual revenue.

“She’s the heartbeat of TransPak,” says her son, CEO Bert Inch. “Her energy is constant, her passion is contagious, and she brings purpose and drive to everything she does.”

As TransPak’s global footprint continues to grow, Arlene Inch’s transformational leadership remains the foundation of the company, rooted in purpose, powered by people, and driven by progress.
