TransPak Merges Seattle Operations with Girard Wood Products

TransPak has merged our Seattle facility with a long-time trusted partner, Girard Wood Products located in Puyallup, Washington, an established business in the Puget Sound region.

Combining forces with Girard enables TransPak to offer more services and products through its multiple facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Culturally, Girard matches TransPak as a family company established in 1961. All TransPak team members from our Seattle division will remain a part of the team, so customers will experience a seamless transition.

“I am pleased to see how well this worked out,” noted Keith Wolf, TransPak’s Vice President of Business Development. “The partnership makes sense for our customers, employees, and extends our ability to offer more services in this region.”

Girard’s President, Scott Vipond states:

“At Girard, we have a long and positive history working with TransPak – and before that, with Rainier Pallet & Crating. And as a family-owned business, we understand the importance of having long-lasting, positive relationships with suppliers who help make our business better.”
