Custom Containers. . Whether they’re made of wood and foam or steel and plastic, our expert craftsmen will create customized containers built to your most rigid specifications. We produce single-use wood crates and pallets, as well as lightweight reusable show crates to protect tradeshow booth and display items.

Highest Quality. TransPak produces packaging and crates for heavy, expensive, calibrated, and sensitive equipment. And it shows in the quality and workmanship of all our products.

Speedy Software. Only TransPak offers the speed and flexibility of CrateMaster, our proprietary packaging and crate design software. Working in conjunction with AutoCAD, CrateMaster takes your equipment specifications and quickly develops the most efficient and cost-effective crating solution for your shipping needs—knocking significant time and money off of the design process.

Fast Turnaround. We can operate with very little advance notice, giving you the flexibility to pivot your supply chain as needed, while saving time and money in the process. Our in-house team also produces custom steel brackets and hardware, once again helping to reduce cost and required lead time.

Environmentally Conscious. All of our crates are designed up-front so they can be opened and broken down without damaging the panels or bases. This allows us to retrieve, recycle, and refurbish them back to their original specifications, significantly reducing the waste stream.

Paperless Manufacturing. TransPak is the only crating company to deliver instant online job/time tracking and online ordering, allowing you to monitor your project whether you’re at the office or on the go.

Strategic Locations. We can design and manufacture your crates at our production facility or at your site. With our expertise in setting up satellite hubs quickly, our operations can be up and running in just a few days, wherever you need them to be.

JIT Warehousing. We have over 158,000 square-feet of warehouse storage space available at our San Jose and Santa Clara facilities, plus additional warehouses around the world for your Just In Time inventory. And when the order comes in, our Logistics department will take care of the rest.

Up to Code. All of our crates meet domestic and international code requirements to move swiftly through the transportation process. We rigorously test everything we produce to ensure it meets the highest requirements and specifications.
