Senior Account Executive

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong sense of urgency; possessing an authentic enthusiasm; a drive to succeed; and a passion for the business. Our core logistics business encompasses International Air and Ocean, Domestic Air / TL / LTL. Additionally we provide complete supply chain services such as warehousing, packaging, crating, and rigging.

You will be able to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish your sales goals.

Position Responsibilities/Requirements:

This is a hunter position. You will identify prospects, maintain a robust sales pipeline, advance them through the sales process, close new business, and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of TransPak.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of prior freight/logistics field sales required.
• B.S. in Business or equivalent is desired.
• Excellent sales and customer relation skills.
• Strong human relations, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute major customer sales strategies.
• Ability to Negotiate and develop contracts, especially with senior levels.
• Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Excellent MS Office skills with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SalesForce.com (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, dependable, persistence, time management, independent, documentation skills, scheduling and reporting skills.
